Chickenloop.com is a website created with the aim of building a connection between companies looking for staff and potential staff looking for a job within the water sports industry. By using the services offered by the Chickenloop.com website, either by posting job offers, browsing possible jobs, applying for any of the offers published in the website you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions.

2) PROPERTY OF THE CONTENT

All the content generated by the Chickenloop.com website, including but not limited to images, design, videos, information and text, belongs to the Chickenloop.com, are protected by trademark laws and should not be used without prior and express authorization. None of the offers published on Chickenloop.com should be replicated or used for any public or commercial purpose, without prior authorisation by Chickenloop.com or by the user making the offer, which is the final owner of each offer.

3) JOB BOARD CONTENT

Employers are solely responsible for the job postings, content, messages, images or other information that an employer posts on the Chickenloop.com website (employer content). Employers take sole responsibility and agree that such employer content will not be false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of law or their obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

Candidates are solely responsible for their resume postings, content, messages, images or other information that the candidates post on the Chickenloop.com website (candidate content). Candidates take sole responsibility and agree that such candidate content will not be false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of law or their obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

With use of the Chickenloop.com website employers and candidates give the website their unrestricted approval to use and publish posted content (employer content and candidate content) on Chickenloop.com and associated social media accounts.

The copyrights of all posted content (employer and candidates) stays with the user. Chickenloop.com reserves the right to disallow and deny job advertisements from entities that are not suitable for the Chickenloop.com job board purposes.

Chickenloop.com reserves the right to remove or deny any job posting or advertisement for any reason.

Chickenloop.com reserves the right to edit all employment content, but will review any substantively edited advertisements with the company prior to publication.

4) RESPONSIBLE USE OF THE CHICKENLOOP.COM JOB BOARD

Potential employees and employers should use the Chickenloop.com job board responsibly and use it specifically to match staff with businesses, or water sports course operators with interested participants. As a user of the Chickenloop.com job board, you should diligently protect your confidential information and make all the verifications and required due diligence when applying for a job, contacting applicants for interviews, offering a job to an individual and accepting or rejecting an offer. The Chickenloop.com job board trusts in the users’ responsible and adequate use of the website.

Potential employers must not post any job offers that might be offensive, racist, sexist, unlawful or in general contrary to the faithful practice of the water sports industry. Additionally, potential employers are responsible of guarantying they have the right to hire staff and comply with all the applicable labour laws. The Chickenloop.com job board is not and should not be considered an employer and takes no responsibility for any breach to industry standards and/or applicable regulations. Users are advised to looking for a job, applying through the Chickenloop.com job board and accepting or rejecting a formal offer, to make all the required due diligence. 5) CONFIDENTIALITY

The Chickenloop.com job board guarantees that no information provided by applicants would be used for any purpose different from completing the application voluntarily chosen by the individual. Applicants are advised to never disclose bank account details or social security numbers, among others, when applying for a position. In any case a password is created, applicants are responsible to avoid disclosing it and should take relevant measures to protect it, in order to keep all their information under confidentiality.

Similarly, the Chickenloop.com job board guarantees that no information provided by potential sellers would be used for any purposes different from completing the publication of their offer.

Chickenloop.com may take action with respect to employer content provided by employers in its sole discretion, provided, however, that Chickenloop.com has no obligation to do so and disclaims any liability for declining or failing to take such action.

Job Seekers agree that such a determination is based solely on the Job Seeker’s independent investigation, verification and determination that accepting such a position is suitable for the Job Seeker’s purposes.
