Job Description

We're hiring kitesurfing instructors for the Kaskazi season at Diani Beach, Kenya! (December 2026 – end of March 2027)

✅ Valid IKO certification required
✅ English fluent, team player, resort-ready attitude
✅ Additional languages a big plus — especially Polish, German, and French
✅ Wing foil instructor certification highly valued

We operate across two stations:
📍 Kongo River — the only tide-free kite spot on the entire Diani coastline
📍 Diamond Leisure Resort — one of the finest beach resorts on the Diani coast, with a built-in international clientele

We offer competitive wages, work permit & accommodation for the full season.
