KITESURF INSTRUCTOR WANTED // JAN TO MARCH 2027

Amihan Kite Windsurf Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic, certified, and fluent English-speaking Kitesurf Instructor to join our team for the peak of the Amihan season (January to March 2027).

If you want to escape the over-commercialized, chaotic, crowded lagoons and teach in a tropical paradise, this is your spot!

Location: Teneguiban, El Nido, Palawan, Philippines
Our school is located on a, pristine, flat-water lagoon on the windy northeast coast of El Nido, 1 hr. from the main town.  Winds (12–20knots), and absolutely zero crowd chaos—a dream setup for both you and your students.

What We Offer (Competitive Package):

• Commission based. 
• Accommodation: We provide a basic place to stay.
• Staff meals.
• Free use of all Watersport Equipment (non motorized).

Who We Are Looking For:

• Certified instructor (IKO, VDWS, or equivalent experience) with a strong emphasis on safety.
• Fluent English speaker with great communication skills . Other languages are a plus.
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented vibe—you love meeting travelers and hanging out at the cafe after an epic session.
• Available for the full duration of January to March 2027.
