Job Description

We're hiring! Join our team in southern Fuerteventura (La Pared) - START as soon as possible
We are looking for a passionate surf instructor to join our team – immediate start required.
Part-time: 35 hours/week
Contract: Permanent position
Languages: English (required), German, Italian or Spanish is a plus

Certification: FES, FCS, or ISA surf instructor certification required
Main tasks:

Teaching surf lessons to groups (max 8 students) and private clients
Ensuring safety and fun for mainly beginner surf students
Pick-up and drop-off service for guests from hotels
Equipment preparation and maintenance
Beach safety assessment and support for lesson planning based on forecast and daily conditions

Requirements:

FES, FCS, or ISA surf instructor certification
Lifeguard certification
Valid EU driver's license
EU passport or valid work permit for Spain
Ocean safety knowledge
Reliable, positive attitude and passion for teaching
