Cronulla Surfing Academy is looking to expand our team of exceptional ocean lovers, watermen and waterwomen who are passionate about sharing their skills and knowledge with others.

We’re looking for confident, capable people in the ocean who bring great energy, communicate well and enjoy helping kids and adults build their skills and confidence in the water.

Our coaches work across:

🏄 School Sport Programs
🌊 Ocean Safety Programs
🏄‍♀️ Kids Beginner Surf Lessons
🏄 Adult Beginner Surf Lessons
🏄‍♂️ Intermedate Surf Lessons
☀️ Holiday Programs

What we offer:

* Flexible working hours
* Midweek and weekend work available

* A fun, experienced and supportive team
* Training and support to gain the additional qualifications required

What you’ll need:

* Strong ocean and surfing skills
* A great attitude and confidence working with people
* Current Working With Children Check
* Reliability and a willingness to learn

You don’t need to arrive with every qualification. If you’re the right person, we can help you work towards the additional certifications you’ll need.
