Lead Sailing Instructor

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, self- driven and approachable individual who wants to join our team during the winter months as Lead SI seasonal position focusing on fleet maintenance in preparation for the summer months. Find out more on the role and responsibilities here.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:

• Must be an RYA Senior Instructor
• Must hold valid RYA first aid certificate
• Minimum Start Windsurfing Instructor
• Minimum Dinghy Instructor
• Minimum RYA Wing-surf Instructor
• Minimum 3 Years working in an RYA Recognised Training centre

 Preferred:

• RYA Wing & Wing-Foil Instructor (Training can be provided)
• Windsurf foiling endorsement
• Intermediate Windsurf Endorsement
• VHF DSC certificate or be able to operate a VHF radio
• Other RYA Instructor qualifications

Fulfil any other responsibilities as required by the Chief Instructor.
This role is a winter full-time role.
