At Kite Sisters, we are currently recruiting Kitesurf Instructors for our upcoming Camps in Peru and Brazil.Peru & Brazil — October and November 2026Period: October 1st to November 24th, 2026

We run high-end Kitesurf Retreats in beautiful locations around the world and we are looking for motivated, hard-working, and team-oriented professionals who can deliver exceptional coaching and contribute positively to our structured and professional environment.

Please note: At Kite Sisters, we take our work seriously. We are looking for instructors with a strong work ethic, a high level of professionalism, and the energy to be fully engaged throughout the retreats.
Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — this is a must
• Strong teaching experience; coaching Intermediate riders on tricks such as backrolls, frontrolls, darkslides, and loops.
• Strong knowledge of theory topics such as wind formation, equipment mechanics, and tides/weather
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Minimum age: 28 years old
• Ability to adapt to a structured and demanding schedule
