Shorebased Deckhand for Luxury Yacht Charters! 


We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and highly versatile team player to join the crew of our elite fleet, as a Deckhand for our Luxury Yacht Charters. This role requires a unique blend of nautical experience, meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to world-class hospitality and a proactive willingness to support all areas of our operations.

The Deckhand Role:
Your primary function will be maintaining the exterior and interior of our fleet to pristine, charter-ready standards—including wash-downs, polishing, detailing, teak care and stainless steel maintenance. However, we value crew members who go above and beyond. In return, we offer the unique experience you need to further your deckhand career. We are specifically looking for a professional who will be happy to assist and gain experience in other vital areas of the business, which include:

• Deck Operations & Perfection: Performing line handling, mooring and ensuring the vessel is immaculate at all times. Ensuring the Interior is of first class standard.
• Guest Service: Deliver a gracious and attentive service to guests and assist with other customer activities.
• The Wider Fleet: Providing support for the company fleet, including our self-drive boats. This means assisting with quick, efficient cleaning and turnover, fuelling and maintenance checks of smaller vessels between client charters, ensuring they are always presented perfectly. Supporting the delivery of safety briefings and instruction to ensure our customers have a safe and enjoyable trip. Assisting with watersports and jetski rentals.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Age: Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Cyprus/EU 
• Adaptability & Proactivity: You anticipate needs and are eager to step into any role—whether polishing stainless steel or preparing a smaller vessel for its next rental.
• Professional Presentation: A smart appearance and composed character are required at all times.
• Nautical Experience: Deckhand experience (preferred) on motor or sailing yachts. Formal maritime qualifications are a plus (e.g. STCW).
• Discretion & Trust: Absolute respect for client privacy and confidentiality is non-negotiable.
