🚨 URGENT — Full-time kitesurf instructor needed for September & October at Frozen Palm Tree, Copenhagen.
Start: 15 September 2026 Duration: September–October (possible extension) Hours: approx. 20–35 hours per week
Salary: 200dkk/hour (26 euro)
Location: 20 min outside Copenhagen, Denmark
ABOUT US
Frozen Palm Tree is Denmark's largest kitesurf schools, with more than 10 years of experience. We teach kitesurfing, wingfoil, SUP, windsurfing and spearfishing — with a strong focus on safety, patient instruction and happy students. You'll join an energetic instructor team at one of Europe's best urban kite spots.
THE ROLE
- Teach kitesurf lessons (group and private) when conditions allow- Work longer days on windy days — flexibility is key- Support students from first steps to independent riding- Be part of a professional, friendly team with high safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Several years of kitesurfing experience- DSU or IKO instructor certification — or a clear plan to get certified (we can help)- Fluent English; Danish is a plus- Available on weekends and during holidays — our busiest periods- Enjoy working outdoors with people; teaching experience preferred
