Passionate, Dynamic, and Experienced Watersports Instructor

H2O SeaToys, specialist in electric water activities in Saint-Barthélemy, is strengthening its team for the 2026/2027 season!

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced water sports instructor, capable of guiding our clients in activities such as:

• Wakeboarding
• Towing boat
• eFoil
• Jetboard

REQUIRED PROFILE

• European nationals only
• French certifications required:
• BPJEPS Watercraft – mention Engins Tractés + CQP Watercraft Instructor
• or BPJEPS Watercraft

Also required:

• Knowledge of Fliteboard and Awake Jetboard brands would be a real plus
• Appreciation of the French first aid certification PS1 up to date
• Mandatory boat license – minimum coastal license
• Excellent level of English, with the ability to teach and communicate perfectly with an Anglophone clientele (about 90% of our clientele is American)

• from November 15, 2026 to April 30, 2027
• or from November 15, 2026 to August 22, 2027
• 2 days off per week
• Working hours 10am / 5pm
• Lunch provided
• Accommodation offered in a shared apartment, with a private room in a villa
