This is not a standard seasonal job – we are building a team of instructors who take teaching seriously and want to grow.🔥 Your role– Teaching kitesurfing (private & semi-private lessons)
– Following structured IKO-based teaching systems
– Ensuring maximum safety on and off the water
– Supporting daily beach operations
– Creating an outstanding experience for every student✅ What we expect– IKO / VDWS Instructor (or equivalent)
– Solid teaching experience preferred
– Strong communication skills
– Responsible, reliable and team-oriented mindset
– Good English (German is a plus)💰 What we offer– 💸 Revenue-based salary (20% per student)
