Join the Meltemi Kiteclub team at Fanes Beach, one of Rhodes’ most popular kitesurfing destinations! We offer a professional, friendly, and international environment for certified instructors to teach kiteboarding and wingfoil to students of all levels.
As part of our team, you will work on a wide sandy beach with shallow water and reliable Meltemi winds, providing the perfect conditions for teaching. Our club combines high-quality lessons with equipment rental, rescue support, and a relaxed beach atmosphere, creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
We are looking for motivated, certified instructors who enjoy teaching in a dynamic, supportive team and sharing their passion for kitesurfing. If you love the sea, working outdoors, and helping others learn this amazing sport, the Meltemi Kiteclub is the place for you!

Qualifications:

• Certified kiteboarding/wingfoil instructor (VDWS, IKO, or equivalent)
• Experience teaching beginners and advanced riders
• Excellent communication skills in English, German; additional languages a plus
• Team player with a positive, safety-conscious attitude
