Ride With The Gods is looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Head Windsurf Instructor who can ideally also teach Wingfoil to join our international team for the 2027 season in Naxos, Greece!
We're looking for someone who loves teaching, takes pride in their work, brings positive energy to the team, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

📅 Season dates: May 10 – October 10, 2027🌬️ OUR SPOT – PARADISE WITH A TWIST!Our station offers a beautiful sandy beach, shallow flat water, and the famous Meltemi winds.
Our teaching spot can be demanding, with side-offshore winds frequently reaching 25–30 knots. That's why we're looking for someone with real teaching experience in challenging conditions, good judgment, and a strong focus on safety.
If you're only comfortable teaching in light winds, Naxos might have a few surprises for you! 
🏄‍♂️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead private and small-group windsurfing lessons (maximum 3 students) for adults and children.
• Teach all levels, from beginners to advanced riders, including harness use, footstraps, waterstarts, and jibes.
• Teach Wingfoil as a second discipline, if qualified and experienced.
• Support the other instructors and help organize daily teaching activities.
• Perform security checks.
• Ensure safe, professional, and enjoyable lessons.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Assist with station setup at the beginning of the season, as well as equipment packing and station close-down at the end of the season.

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Solid windsurfing teaching experience, especially in strong, side-offshore conditions.
• Wingfoil teaching experience, ideally in side-offshore conditions using radio communication, is a strong advantage.
• Leadership skills, excellent safety awareness, and a professional attitude.
• A positive, proactive, reliable, and hardworking personality.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent English. Knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Greek is a plus.
• A valid EU passport or the legal right to work in the EU (no visa sponsorship available).
• VDWS or equivalent windsurfing instructor certification preferred. Without certification, proven teaching experience in similar conditions is essential.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, supports the team, and enjoys the challenges that come with running a busy watersports station.
