Job Description

ION CLUB Karpathos is hiring windsurfing and wingfoiling instructors for the 2026 season. Join our team on one of the Aegean's best wind destinations with world-class conditions and a passionate international crew.
Requirements:

Valid teaching licence (VDWS, IKO, or equivalent)
Experience in windsurfing and/or wingfoiling instruction
German and/or Italian language skills are a strong advantage
Positive attitude and team spirit
