Job Description

Join our team and work at one of the most beautiful kitesurf and watersports destinations in the Mediterranean – right at the lagoon, just a few meters from the water, with the perfect beach vibe. Job Description: As part of the Beach Bar Team, you are responsible for creating a welcoming, relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for our international guests. Your tasks include:

Preparing and serving drinks, coffee specialties and small snacks
Guest service, customer communication and friendly interaction
Supporting stock and cash management, including small orders
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and lounge areas
Contributing to a relaxed beach lifestyle environment
Helping with center events, sundowner gatherings and specials

Role Description: Your Profile🔗

You enjoy working with people in an international and active environment
Experience in bar, café, restaurant or service is a plus, but not required
You speak English confidently; additional languages are welcome
You are reliable, friendly, responsible and a team player
You work clean, organised and bring a proactive service mindset
You identify with a positive, beach-lifestyle attitude
