WATERSPORTS CENTRE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:

o Manage and oversee all operations at the water sports center, including rentals, lessons, and guided tours for various water activities (e.g., kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, etc.).

o Maintain operational efficiency and ensure that the center meets revenue targets.

o Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency and customer service.

• Staff Management:

o Recruit, train, and manage a team of water sports instructors, lifeguards, and customer service representatives.

o Schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing during peak and off-peak hours.

o Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous coaching and development for staff.

• Customer Service:

o Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining a welcoming and engaging environment.

o Address customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback promptly.

o Promote water sports programs, packages, and events to attract new and returning customers.

• Safety and Compliance:

o Ensure all water sports activities comply with local, national, and international safety standards and regulations.

o Conduct regular safety drills and ensure staff are well-trained in emergency procedures.

o Maintain equipment inspection logs and ensure that all water sports gear and equipment are in excellent working condition.

o Stay updated with industry best practices and ensure adherence to safety guidelines for guests and staff.
