Female Wingfoil Instructor Wanted for the 2026/2027 season in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, Mexico

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated female wingfoil instructor to join our team this upcoming season.
At Baja Wing, we’re focused on creating a welcoming, supportive, and high-quality learning environment for riders of all levels, from first-time beginners to advanced riders looking to progress their skills.
If you love wingfoiling, enjoy teaching, and want to spend your season riding, coaching, and sharing your passion in beautiful Baja, we’d love to hear from you! 
The season in La ventana runs from November until April (We are looking for someone for peak season End of Novmeber to March) 
Requirements:
• Female wingfoil instructor with advanced riding skills
• Able to teach beginner through advanced techniques
• Teaching experience preferred
• Must be legally able to work in Mexico or able to obtain a work visa (Mexican citizen, residency, or valid work visa) Will assist with this process
• Available for part of the high season (December–March)
• Longer commitments preferred, but we’re open to shorter stays for the right person
