Windsurf Instructor - Dakhla

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Windsurf Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about water sports, safety-focused, and experienced in teaching students of varying skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality windsurfing lessons to beginners and advanced riders
• Ensure safety standards and proper equipment use at all times
• Assess weather and water conditions before sessions
• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Certified windsurf instructor (recognized certification preferred)
• Proven teaching experience in windsurfing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Fluent English (required)
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
