Netherlands – Become a Kite Instructor at LearnKiteboardingNow KiteCamp! Your summer job 2026 by the sea is waiting! 
Your Responsibilities 

• Teaching motivated beginners and intermediate/advanced students in kitesurfing 
• Supporting our guests during supervised practice sessions 
• Helping organize small camp activities (e.g., SUP, wakeboarding, beach events)  
• Being a friendly point of contact for guests and creating a great vibe on and off the water 

What You Bring 

• VDWS or IKO license (ideally) 
• Passion for wind, water, and the kitesurf lifestyle 
• Enjoyment of teaching and working with people 
• Team spirit, reliability, and initiative 
• German speaking or Good English skills 
• European Working Permit/Passport

What We Offer 

• Accommodation in one of our caravans on a beautiful campsite near the camp (separate from guest areas), or a pitch for your own van 
• Daily breakfast and dinner buffet - free for team members
• Free use of kite equipment 
• Regular team meetings, trainings, and events 
• Working in a friendly, international team 
• Fair hourly pay - depending on qualifications and experience up to €30/hour
