Kitesurf Videographer & Content Creator (Punta Chame, Panama)

Are you a passionate kitesurfer or Kitesurf instructor with a talent for visual storytelling? Do you want to spend the kite season in one of Central America’s top flat-water spots, creating incredible content while living the dream?
>Panama Kite Center, the premier IKO-certified kitesurfing school in Panama, is looking for a Videographer & Content Creator to join our team for the upcoming season (December - April).
>What you'll do:

• Capture the Experience: You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos and fotos of our kite center. This includes drone footage, action shots, and lifestyle content that captures the unique vibe of our kite center and the beautiful surroundings of Punta Chame. Cameras and Drone equipment available at the center.
• Create Engaging Stories: Manage and create daily content for our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels.
• Tell Our Story: Showcase our brand and the full experience we offer, including our delicious restaurant (Solé Beach Club), our accommodation options, and the community atmosphere that makes our spot so special.

What we're looking for:

• • Proficiency in videography and photography, including drone operation.
  • A solid understanding of the sport and the ability to capture dynamic action shots.
• A strong portfolio of relevant work (kitesurfing, action sports, or travel content).
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Creativity and a self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Bonus points if you have experience managing social media accounts and can contribute to our content strategy.
