About Us Wild Kite Peru is one of Peru's leading kitesurf schools, welcoming riders from all over the world. We specialize in high-quality lessons, small groups, premium equipment and personalized coaching.
Our guests come not only to learn, but to become part of our community.
Your RoleAs a kitesurf instructor, you will:

• Teach beginner, intermediate and advanced lessons.
• Adapt your teaching to each student's level and goals.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety on and off the water.
• Help with equipment preparation and maintenance. (Head Instructor)
• Create a fun, encouraging and professional learning environment.
• Represent Wild Kite Peru with a positive attitude both on the beach and in the water.

Depending on your experience, you'll also have opportunities to coach:

• Strapless freestyle
• Wave riding
• Foiling
• Downwinders

What We're Looking For

• IKO, VDWS or equivalent certification.
• Previous teaching experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English (Spanish is a big advantage; French, German or other languages are a plus).
• Strong safety awareness.
• Reliable, organized and punctual.
• Friendly, humble and easy to work with.
• Passionate about sharing the sport.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and genuinely cares about their progression.
