We are a surf camp based in Fuerteventura, one of the most consistent and beautiful surf destinations in Europe, known for its year-round waves, warm climate, and relaxed island lifestyle.
At Blue Surf Camp, we offer surf lessons for all levels from complete beginners to advanced surfers with a strong focus on quality coaching, safety, and progression. We work with small groups to ensure personalized attention and the best possible experience for our guests.
We are looking for motivated and passionate surf instructors who:

• Hold a recognized certification (ISA or equivalent)
• Have experience teaching different levels
• Speak English (additional languages are a plus)
• Enjoy working in a team and creating a positive atmosphere
• Are responsible, reliable, and safety-oriented
