Windsurf instructor summer season

Windsurf Instructor Wanted in Empuriabrava!
Are you passionate about watersports and windsurfing, and do you want to experience an unforgettable summer in sunny Spain (Empuriabrava, Bay of Roses)? For the months of July & August, we are looking for an enthusiastic all-round watersports instructor who can supervise various watersports activities and teach windsurfing lessons.

You’ll love sharing your skills with young participants while being part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team on and around the water.

What will you do?

• Teach windsurfing lessons to Flowtrack participants and campsite guests, both practical and theoretical
• Lead Sunset SUP sessions
• Give introductory wing and kayak sessions
• Manage the windsurf school, including equipment rentals
• Maintain windsurf equipment
• Set up and clean up equipment before and after lessons

Who are you?

• You have a windsurf instructor certification (or sufficient experience teaching windsurfing)
• You are available for multiple weeks, preferably throughout July and August
• You feel confident leading groups and know how to motivate and entertain participants
• You have strong hospitality skills: customer-friendly, open, and spontaneous
• You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere

• A Spanish contract with a net salary of approximately €1200 per month
• Partly variable salary (commission on local sales)
