ION CLUB COSTA CALMA – WINTER SEASON 2026/27 🌊☀️
We’re looking for Wingfoil & Windsurf Instructors from October!

We are looking for a passionate and energetic wingfoil and windsurf instructor to join our team at ION Club Costa Calma.
If you love the ocean, enjoy working with people, and bring positive energy wherever you go, this could be the perfect job for you!

What we’re looking for:

Certified windsurf and/or wingfoil instructor
Friendly, open-minded personality with great communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to create a fun, motivating learning environment
Hands-on attitude and willingness to help with daily center operations
English required (other languages are a plus)
Stron passion especialy in wingfoiling as our main product

Your responsibilities:

Teach wingfoil and windsurf lessons (beginner to advanced)
Ensure safety and progression for all clients
Daily center tasks and teamwork
Setup, maintenance, and organization of equipment
Keeping the station clean, functional, and welcoming
Sharing good vibes with guests and the team
