This is a unique opportunity to live and work in paradise, curating exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious, 5-star boutique environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding a variety of land and marine-based guest activities, including diving, snorkelling, dolphin excursions, sandbank picnics, and fishing trips. You will be the face of adventure on the island, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, professional, and unforgettable.
