Join the Dream Team at Big Blue Kiteboarding, Turks & Caicos
Full-Time Kiteboarding Manager & Head Instructor — Male or FemaleSeason: November – September (10 months)
Location: Providenciales, Turks & Caicos
Language: Fluent, ideally native-level English required. French an advantage but not essential — almost all lessons are in English.
At Big Blue Kiteboarding, we aim to be the best — and we're looking for the best of the best to lead our small, elite team of three pros. We pay the most because we expect the best.
Our focus: Exceptional lesson quality and a stoked, supportive team.Why Work With Us• World-class teaching conditions: Shallow, crystal-clear water, steady wind, and unlimited space to teach.
Top compensation & benefits: Salary plus commission, tips and service charge on paddle trips, holiday pay, healthcare included, work permit provided, and lunch every day. Previous manager earned upwards of $50k (and stayed for 8 years!) — no income tax in TCI.
Stability & support: Full work permit, health insurance, and a 10-month season (November–September), with time off in September and October to rest, travel, or go home.
Balanced lifestyle: When it's busy, we work; when it's quiet, we rest and ride. Consistent wind means plenty of water time.

Training provided to become a rescue diver.What We're Looking For• A proven track record of committing to companies for multiple seasons — we want someone building a career and who wants to settle and build a life.
• IKO and BKSA certified.
• Professional, mature, positive, and client-first attitude. Personality and attitude matter as much as experience.
• Able to lead and mentor a team of two instructors, plus one relief instructor, while staying hands-on as a full-time teaching manager yourself.
• Able to teach kiteboarding and kitesurfing across all skill levels, including basic kite foiling and surfboard.
• Comfortable adapting your teaching style for discovery lessons and returning students.
• Willing to lead SUP and kayak trips when needed — full training given.
• Ready to build relationships with local hotels and partners, and keep the whole team focused on client experience.
