Session Sports is expanding our team! We’re looking for a versatile, high-energy instructor to lead our Kite, Wing, and E-Foil programs here in Charleston. If you live for the water and love sharing that passion with others, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

• Deliver the Stoke: Provide world-class instruction for Kiteboarding, Wing Foiling, and E-Foiling.
• Command the Conditions: Work closely with the shop and students to schedule lessons around the best wind and tide windows.
• Mission Logistics: Responsible for gear transport (van/trailer) and safe watercraft operation (Jetski/Boat) for offshore or supported lessons.
• Maintain the Fleet: Keep our top-tier school gear organized, clean, and in peak performing condition.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven Waterman/Woman: A strong background in wind or board sports.
• Technical Proficiency: At least one year of consistent kiteboarding experience with the ability to demonstrate advanced skills safely.
• Safety First: Comfortable operating watercraft and towing trailers. A valid Driver’s License is a must.
• Adaptability: This is a weather-driven industry. You need a flexible schedule and the ability to pivot when the wind shifts.
• Professional Vibes: Reliable, resourceful, and a great communicator who can work independently as a contractor.
• Legal: Must be eligible to work in the USA.
