Job Alert: Kiteboarding, Wing Foil & SUP Instructor in Melbourne!

Hey legends!

At KITE REPUBLIC, we're looking for a passionate and stoked instructor to join our crew at Melbourne’s premier water sports shop in sunny St Kilda. You will spend your summer on the water teaching, working in our leading retail environment, and helping run events and clinics—particularly within the Big Air scene.

The Role:

  - Kiteboarding and Wing Foiling instruction.
  - Retail sales and customer support in-store.
  - Assisting with events, demo days, and community activities.
  - Developing and running coaching clinics (especially Big Air progression).

What we're looking for:

  - IKO qualified Kite Instructor (or equivalent) with strong riding ability.
  - Ability to complete the Kiteboarding Australia (KA) online equivalency.
  - A "people person" with a "can-do" attitude who is organized and reliable.
  - Working rights for Australia (Working Holiday Visas welcome).
  - Availability to work on Weekends.
  - Wing Foiling experience and repair skills are highly regarded.
