We are looking for motivated instructors and interns who want to share their passion for wingfoiling, kitesurfing, windsurfing or surfing with others from October, 30th 2026 until April, 9th 2027.

Your responsibilities:

Leading water sports courses
Assisting and advising guests, as well as rescuing guests (if necessary) using provided equipment (motorboat)
Organizing administrative tasks

What you bring:

Passion for watersports & teaching
German and/or English (each other language is a plus)
VDWS / IKO license is an advantage, but not required
Open, communicative personality
Enjoy working with guests from all over the world
Team player mindset
Resilience and a positive attitude
experience with motorboats would be a plus
