We are currently looking for a motivated Windsurf & Wingfoil Instructor to join our watersports center in Limone sul Garda from now until the beginning of October.Your Workplace is located directly at the famous Capo Reamol on Lake Garda, you’ll enjoy consistent wind conditions, breathtaking mountain scenery, and an international watersports community. Planet Allsports stands for professional coaching, high-quality equipment, small group sizes, and a friendly, family-like atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities

• Teaching windsurfing and wingfoil lessons for beginners and advanced riders
• Providing professional and personalized coaching to our guests
• Assisting with equipment preparation, setup, and maintenance
• Supporting the daily operations of the center
• Ensuring safe and high-quality instruction on and off the water
• Representing Planet Allsports in a professional and welcoming manner

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for windsurfing and/or wingfoiling
• Enjoyment in teaching and working with people
• Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• VDWS or comparable instructor certification preferred
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented personality
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic outdoor environment
• Powerboat license and rescue boat experience are an advantage
