- A strong coaching background with proven teaching experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with young sailors, parents, and other coaches.
- Professional attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for developing competitive sailors.
- Monthly salary: RMB 9,000 – 11,000, depending on the interview assessment and your personal qualifications.
- Single apartment accommodation provided.
