PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor or MSDT

We’re recruiting for an experienced OWSI or MSDT to join our highly rated dive centre in Cyprus, diving in the clearest waters you've ever seen!

Latchi Dive Centre is a 5 star instructor training resort and is part of the Latchi Watersports group, established for over 45 years. We’re the largest multi-activity centre in Cyprus and specialise in scuba diving, yacht charter, watersports, boat rentals and marine services. We are a growing company of over 70 staff, offering a range of exciting range of staff benefits and progression options.

Your responsibilities will include teaching all levels of PADI courses from beginner to professional level, guiding fun dives in the beautiful Akamas National Park, mentoring Divemaster interns, leading beginner DSDs and try dives and daily preparation of dive centre/dive boats. We run daily boat dive activities on both a group and private basis. We also offer private PADI courses for high end luxury resorts in the area.

You will also have the opportunity to assist and learn about the rest of our exciting business activities, driving and instructing powerboats, assisting with yacht charters and watersports, general maintenance, customer service and sales. We’ll offer training on all activities. You’ll uphold our high standards and promote our company brand. You will need to have a positive attitude and a flexible approach.

Ideally you will be MSDT level or at least hold several instructor specialties. You must have active teaching status and at least two years experience as an instructor.

Boat handling experience is preferred.
You must have excellent English communication skills. Extra languages are an added bonus.
Our season runs from end of March to end of October. Positions to start in April or shorter contracts from May/June through to end August.
