Windsurf Instructor - September 2026 Naxos Greece

Ride With The Gods is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Windsurf Instructor to join our team for September 2026 in beautiful Naxos, Greece.
If you're passionate about windsurfing, enjoy working with people from around the world, and want to spend a month at one of Europe's top windsurfing destinations, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• A second language (German, French, Italian, or Greek) is considered an advantage.
• Valid EU passport or legal right to work in the EU (we are unable to sponsor work visas).
• Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach private and small-group windsurfing lessons (up to 3 students) for both adults and children.
• Instruct students from beginner to advanced level, including:
• Harness
• Footstraps
• Waterstarts
• Jibes
• Confidently teach and supervise in side-offshore conditions of up to 30 knots.
• Carry out daily safety inspections and routine maintenance of rental equipment.
• Maintain the station, equipment, and teaching area to the highest standards of presentation, organization, and customer service.
• Assist with the end-of-season close-down, including packing sails, masts, boards, booms, and other equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• VDWS, IKO, or another internationally recognized windsurf instructor certification is preferred.
• If you do not hold a recognized instructor certification, previous teaching experience in windsurfing conditions similar to those in Naxos is mandatory.
