Kos Watersports is one of the largest watersports companies in Greece operating 10 centers around Kardamena and Kefalos on Kos Island.
Full season (6 months May - October), peak season (July and August) or flexible durations are available.

• Sailing and windsurfing instructors - if you are qualified as a start sailing or windsurfing instructor (or equivalent) you can apply. When you aren't teaching, you will assist with the other activities broadening your experience and developing your skills.Beach assistants - if you are strong, enjoy physical activity and want to learn or improve a wide variety of watersports you can apply. You'll assist with all activities including giving instructions and equipment to guests.
• Watersports administrators - if you have good organisational skills and love the fresh beach air you can apply. You'll be the first point of contact for the guests, take bookings and organise the schedule of activities from one of our stations on the beach. Foreign languages help communicating with our international guests but aren't absolutely necessary if you possess good communication skills.
• Waterski, Wakeboard, boat drivers and instructors - If you hold power boat level 2 or ski boat driver award (or equivalent) or above you can apply. You'll receive further training and assessment and when you aren't driving or teaching you'll assist with all other activities.
