WE REQUIRE INSTRUCTORS FOR

Keelboat sailing
Dinghy sailing
Cruising
Windsurfing
Wakeboarding

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years of instruction
More than 5 years’ work experience

CERTIFICATION

RYA or equivalent
First Aid and Safety Boat

ADVANTAGE

Personal watercraft
Lifeguard competency
Kayaking
SUP certification

PREFERENCE TO THOSE WITH Multi-certification & endorsementsRacing skillsExperience in sailing schools, holiday companies, water-sports centersStrong educationWritten & spoken English communicationExperience in activity administration, scheduling, maintenance logs
JOB DESCRIPTION Conduct certificate courses Instruct and race with clientsBeach and in-harbor sailingCare and maintenance of boatsMeeting, teaching and sailing with people of diverse age groups and profiles
SALARY & BENEFITS The Sailing season is October- MayThe contract will be for one season minimum (mutually extendable).Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skill. Accommodation, medical insurance, return airfare, reimbursement of visa processing fees etc. will be provided.
LOCATION: Mumbai & Goa (Transferable at management discretion)
