Job Description

As part of the Beach Crew, you assist our team in day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, organised and smooth workflow at the beach and in the material area.

Your tasks include:

Assisting with kite launching and landing
Handling, organising and maintaining kitesurf equipment
Preparing equipment for lessons
Setup and takedown of the center area and maintaining cleanliness
Supporting logistics and daily routines

This position is the ideal first step for anyone who wants to turn their hobby into a profession – the entry path toward becoming an Assistant Instructor or Instructor.
Skill Requirements Your Profile

You are passionate about kitesurfing & watersports
You speak fluent English, additional languages are a plus
You are reliable, responsible and a team player
You bring positive energy, motivation and a friendly attitude
You show initiative, creativity and are eager to develop further
