About the job:

• advising, consulting & supervising our guests + (if needed) rescuing guests with hired equipment
• organizing the administrative work associated with the watersport facilities
• responsible for the guest’s safety during the program & watersport rental equipment
• leading watersport courses
• participating in evening program dependent on shift plan – when attending evening program and using Club's facilities, you are expected to interact with other guests

About you:

• being available for a full season (April until November or November until April)
• good conversational level of English
• experience in water sports like catamaran, surfing, sailing & waterski ​
• VDWS licence
• being a good swimmer
