Kitesurfing instructors for the upcoming season

We are looking for passionate and qualified kitesurfing instructors to join our team for the upcoming Kusi season! When? 01.07.2026 — 30.09.2026
Our school is based year-round at Kongo River the only tide-free kite spot on the entire Diani coastline. From July, we also operate at one of the largest and most renowned beach resorts on the Diani coast a world-class setting with a built-in international clientele and the warm blue waters of the Indian Ocean right on your doorstep.This is a rare opportunity to work in a stunning coastal paradise, meet riders and travelers from all over the world, and experience the warmth of Kenyan culture in one of East Africa's most iconic beach destinations. 
The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a valid IKO certification with proven teaching experience
• Be a team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Have excellent communication skills
• Speak English fluently, additional languages are a big plus
• Be comfortable working in a dynamic, resort environment
• Know how to teach wing foil will be a huge plus and highly valued 

 What to expect:

• Wind 15–30 knots, warm Indian Ocean, no wetsuit required
• Guests arriving from across the globe, directly from the resort
• Plenty of windy teaching days plus crew time for personal practice
• Kilometer of reef with active waves for wave lovers
