Wingfoil / Surf Instructor needed in Madgascar!

We’re looking for a Wingfoil/Surf Instructor & Center Manager to lead our new surf center at a beautiful hotel on a remote island called Ile St Marie in Madagascar.

What You'll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations, including lesson scheduling and equipment management
• Welcome students, explain course conditions, and deliver top-notch instruction
• Ensure the center stays clean, organized, and runs smoothly
• Maintain and care for all equipment
• Provide an unforgettable customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in teaching Wingfoiling, Foiling, and Surfing
• Valid instructor certification
• Fluency in English (French is a plus!)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on attitude to managing the center
