Job Description

OCEAN ACADEMY WINDSURF MANAGER - 5* RESORT - MOROCCO

We are seeking an Ocean Academy Windsurf Manager for our location in Dakhla, Morocco. Our center is part of La Tour d’Eole, a luxury 5-star resort in Dakhla.

Responsibilities:

- Manage windsurfing equipment to ensure it is always in perfect condition

- Oversee the windsurfing team

- Organize and conduct windsurfing classes for all levels, with the opportunity to also teach wingfoiling and kitesurfing

We offer an attractive salary and package, including accommodation in a nice villa and a percentage of the class fees.
