2 KITE + 1 WING instructors wanted in Zeeland

We are looking for fulltime and parttime motivated wing/kitesurfers that have the dream to become instructors, or that are already licenced (IKO/VDWS) for our Wingfoil & Kitesurfschool in Zeeland. 

We have an internal instructor training of all disciplines for motivated surfers who want to become instructors. For our high season we are looking for national and international instructors. Payment starts a 12,50€ per hour (during your training to becoming an instructor) and can get up to €22 an hour for senior instructors. Bonusses can be earned and team clothing is available. We have a kitesurf school, a windsurfschool and a wingfoil school, so if you can teach more then one of those disciplines it is a major plus.

High season: July, August and September
Languages: Dutch, German and English (preferably 2)

KITESURFING 
We teach kitesurfing to beginners and advanced students on 3 different locations: Neeltje Jans, Vrouwenpolder and Borssele. All spots are tidal, which means that they are sometimes flat and shallow, sometimes wavy and we have a shallow lagoon every month. Some lessons are with radio helmets. Last year we have been able to teach 71 days out of the 90 days of high season, which comes to an average of 5 days of wind per week. You can teach a maximum of 3 lessons of 2,5 hours each day. Brands we use are Slingshot, North, Flysurfer, Lieuwe and Mystic.

WINGFOILING
We teach wingfoiling on two different locations, one spot is at our windsurfschool and one spot is at The Dam in Vrouwenpolder. We teach wingfoiling on a big lake, where it is deep for foiling and shallow for wingsurfing. For wingfoil lessons we use a zodiak boat. When there is no wind, we teach wakefoiling behind the boat. You can teach a maximum of 3-4 lessons of 2 hours each day. Brands we use are Slingshot, North and Mystic.

WINDSURFING
We teach all levels windsurfing, from age 6 onwards. We have a mobile windsurfschool on the Muidenweg in Wolphaartsdijk, with a big trailer full of equipment. The water area is flat and very shallow, perfect for beginners and advanced windsurfers. We teach up to 3 people per lesson, 7 lessons per day, each lesson is 1 hour. Wingsurfing/foiling (2 hours per lesson) and SUPing is also at this location, and will be a nice bonus if you'd be able to teach that. Note: Dutch instructors only!

ACCOMODATION
We offer free accommodation to full time instructors (min. 5 full days available per week) on a campsite in the area of Vrouwenpolder. The campsite is fully equipped with a caravan/tent and everything needed for living and cooking.

TEAM
We have a mixed national/international (EU) team every year, with a lot of BBQ’s, parties and fun activities in case of no wind. Think about everything boardsports related and we'll do it! Learn to wing? Foil behind a boat? Kitefoil? All part of the job :) Every year we have some team sessions on Domburg, the big wave spot, lot's of BBQ's and a fun day where we do a big team activity followed by dinner and drinks for everyone.
