Kitesurfing Instructors Wanted – Live, Ride and Work in Paradise! Ready to spend your winter on a magical volcanic island, teaching students from all over the world and scoring epic wind sessions? Our kitesurf school on Ometepe Island, Nicaragua is looking for experienced, energetic, and passionate instructors to join our family for the upcoming season (December 2026 – May 2027).If you want a rewarding job with a tight-knit team in an unforgettable location, this is it!
What we are looking for:

• Experience: Previous teaching experience (patient, safety-oriented, and professional).
• Languages: English is a must! Fluency in Dutch, German, or French is a huge bonus (Spanish is always a plus too!).
• Vibe: Friendly, responsible, outgoing, and ready to be part of a fun, family-style team.
• Availability: Full availability for the whole season (Dec-May) is a big advantage.
