🌬️ JOB OPENING: Kitesurf Instructor (December 2026 – April 2027)
Location: Panama Kite Center / Solé Beach Club, Punta Chame, Panama

Are you a professional kite instructor looking to work the 2027 season at the premier kite destination in Central America? Panama Kite Center is looking for two additional team members to join our crew for our next season.
We teach in a private flat-water lagoon with BB Talkin headsets, rescue boat support, and the best vibe in the bay.
The Role:

• Deliver high-quality lessons to a mix of international travelers (DE/CH/US) and local expats.
• Maintain the premium standards of the only IKO-certified center in Panama.
• Integrate into our "family" atmosphere—we treat guests like friends on a private estate.

What we are looking for:

• Certification: IKO Certified is highly preferred.
• Languages: Fluent English is a must. If you speak German or Spanish, you’re at the top of our list.
• Experience: Confident in all wind conditions and comfortable using intercom/headset coaching.
• Vibe: Professional, punctual, make it happen attitude and someone who brings a smile to the beach every day.
• If you are a yoga instructor, Muay Thai trainer, DJ or videographer on top, we have more opportunities for you!
