We are starting the season in April and we are working till the end of September.

Description:
We are looking for responsible and proactive peronality that is passionate about water sports. Team-player and focusing on safety of the students is manadatory at this possition.

If you are:​

• Highly customer-oriented, reliable, solution-oriented and competent
• You’re not afraid to speak your mind to your colleagues and the owners and can do this in a non-offensive manner
• Kite istructor is a real job for you
• Valid VDWS; IKO or equal license
• Current first aid certificate and lifeguard training
• You have a general sense of responsibility
• You have a proactive attitude
• Can couch less experienced instructors
• Teaching skills in English (other languages ​​- especially, German, French and Spanish - are an advantage but not a must)
• Waveboard or foil experience in the teaching area is a plus but not a must
  .... so then we are looking for you!

Tasks:
The Station Manager / Head Instructor is responsible for maintaning the general going in the school. Not only Kitesurf lessons but also SUP Tours(which are our big thing!)

• decide about which equipment should instructors take for a lesson
• gather the students and guide then among their instructors
• make sure all the equipment is ready for the lessons
• if it's needed with the help of the other instructors maintanence the equipment
