We are looking for a person with a proactive and responsible personality that is passionate about water sports and nature, to help us during the upcoming summer.

Requirements:

• You are 27 years or older
• Your English is on a high level in writing and verbal communication.
• You’re able to stay for at least 3 months with us
• You’re not afraid to speak your mind to your colleagues and the owners and can do this in a non-offensive manner
• You have a basic understanding of computers and Microsoft office
• You have a general sense of responsibility
• You have a proactive attitude
• You have a basic understanding of financials and administration
• Some experience in hospitality is a big plus

Tasks:
The lodge manager is responsible for maintaining the general goings in the Lodge.
You will make sure that the office runs smoothly.

• You will do check-ins and check outs
• check if all guest bills are kept correctly
• plan activities for the guests
• introduce new employees to their tasks
• make sure that the household staff handles the breakfast and cleaning correctly
• Handle all communication with the guests on-site
• Handle email/WhatsApp correspondence
• Do the weekly shopping
• Organize group dinners (once a week)
• Check if there is enough inventory re. linens, towels, breakfast
