Job Description

KITESURF INSTRUCTORS, INTERNS AND VOLUNTEERS WANTED FOR SEASON 2026

We ask for:

licensed VDWS/IKO Kitesurf instructor
self employment (instructors
knowledge about equipment (kite, surf, boats, sup)
repairing and maintenance the water sport equipment
good English is mandatory, German and/or Portuguese would be good, French also cool :)
powerboat and driver license
experience in teaching kitesurf group courses and private lessons
BIG PLUS: experience in teaching foiling, wave kiting and wing foiling!
must be available for whole season (April-Oct) or high season only (June-August)

We offer:

free accommodation in single or double room
free equipment rental (insurance)
100€/month (volunteers, internship, not certified instructor)
200€/month (valid license, certified instructor)
20€/h teaching lesson (valid license, certified instructor)
20% of revenue for other activities (SUP trips, yoga....)
