Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead coasteering sessions safely and professionally
Deliver clear safety briefings and instructions
Manage and motivate groups of varying ages and abilities
Assess conditions and make sound decisions based on weather and sea state
Ensure correct use and care of all equipment
Represent Sagres Coasteering Tours in a friendly, professional manner
Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit guiding team
Incredible customer service
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality
Strong water confidence and physical fitness
Up-to-date Outdoor First Aid Certificate
Lifeguard qualification (or equivalent water safety qualification)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Coasteering qualification (NCC Coasteering Guide or equivalent)
Coaching or instructor qualifications in related disciplines (e.g. surfing, kayaking, climbing, paddle sports)
Previous guiding or outdoor instruction experience
