Job Description

Flag Beach is now looking for staff for the coming months and then for the whole summer season. We are looking for professional instructors who want to do their best. The ideal candidate would speak 2-3 languages.
We need both surf and also kitesurfing but you might only be qualified in one of those sports that is OK as we need more than 1 person.
Be over 18 years of age
• Teaching experience
• Fun in contact and interacting with adults and children
• Commitment / own initiative
• Awareness of responsibility
• Kindness
• Flexibility
• A motorboat license is an advantage, but not a requirement
We can offer you staff accommodation, a 5-6 day working week, free use of material and a proper contract along with health insurance/ social security. We can ONLY employ EU passport holders.
