Duotone Pro Center Zanzibar is looking for a passionate and experienced Watersports Center Manager to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong passion for watersports with confident skills in kitesurfing, wing foiling, windsurfing and/or surfing 
• High energy, positive attitude, and a natural ability to connect with guests
• You thrive in an international environment and enjoy working with guests from around the world
• Comfortable organizing lesson schedules and keeping guests engaged on light-wind days (SUP, fitness, sports sessions)Activewear
• Fun, reliable team player who leads by example
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of 5 instructors and beach staff
• Fast learner who adapts quickly and focuses on solutions
• Calm, focused, and effective under pressure
• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality and/or a watersports environment
• Watersports certifications IKO strong advantage
• Sales-oriented mindset with guest-focused upselling skills is a plus

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily kite center operations including lessons, rentals, and guest activities
• Plan and coordinate kite, wing, and windsurf courses
• Ensure instructors are fully booked and organize activities on non-wind days (SUP, wakefoil, etc.)
• Manage guest communication, bookings, and lesson planning
• Monitor wind forecasts and tides to optimize daily schedules
• Supervise instructors, guests, and equipment scheduling
• Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and stock control of all equipment
• Act as a brand ambassador for Duotone Pro Center (Duotone, ION & Fanatic)
• Support marketing, social media, and partnerships
• Build a positive team culture and encourage guest reviews on Google & TripAdvisor
