We, the 3C Kiteschool, connected to the 5* Resort SBH Monica, located at the Beach of Paje are looking for a new team member from now on. Connected to the hotel as well as the bar, we will provide the perfect conditions for you to have a wonderful season with us.

About the Role:

We're searching for passionate and experienced kitesurfing instructors to join our fun-loving team in Zanzibar. As an instructor, you'll:

• Guide students of all levels on their kitesurfing journey, from first-time flyers to seasoned riders.
• Create unforgettable experiences by sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport.
• Ensure everyone stays safe with clear instructions and a watchful eye in the water.
• Contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our kiteschool, fostering a friendly and welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a kitesurfing instructor (experience level is key!)
• Internationally recognized certifications (IKO, VDWS, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills - you can explain things clearly and build rapport easily.
• A love for the ocean and a passion for sharing your knowledge.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a must.
